General Services Manager – Operations Manager M/F

Your responsibilities

Operational management of sites and facilities:

  • Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance (offices, common areas, equipment)
  • Management and processing of internal tickets via the dedicated tool
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards (fire, accessibility, HSE)
  • Coordination of fit-out work, renovations, and technical interventions
  • Administrative follow-up of leases, communication with landlords, and handling routine requests
  • Participation in safety audits and regulatory inspections

Employee services & quality of work life:

  • Coordination of internal services: reception, mail, reprography, supplies
  • Monitoring of equipment and consumables purchases
  • Regular checks of the condition of workspaces and meeting rooms.
  • Restocking of consumables (coffee machines, supplies, paper…)
  • Light handling tasks: simple assembly of small furniture, tightening of handle screws, and minor daily maintenance (cardboard disposal, moving desk units, etc.)
  • Contribution to Quality of Work Life initiatives and workspace improvements.

Management of service providers and suppliers:

  • Operational monitoring of contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, coffee, etc.).
  • Participation in identifying needs and preparing tenders.
  • Quality control of services and monitoring of service commitments.
  • Participation in tenant committees, safety meetings, green committees, and inter-company catering bodies
  • Occasional facilitation of operational meetings with service providers

Fleet management:

  • Operational monitoring of vehicles: assignments, maintenance, renewals, appointments
  • Interface with leasing companies and suppliers
  • Updating tracking tools (mileage, costs, schedule)
  • Administrative management: contracts, fines, insurance, fuel cards
  • Occasional travel for fleet management

Insurance management:

  • Monitoring of insurance for premises and equipment
  • Monitoring of liability insurance and executive liability
  • Management of insurance related to company vehicles
  • Participation in claims reporting and follow-up

Cross-functional tasks and continuous improvement projects:

  • Participation in the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators (KPI)
  • Contribution to the formalization and improvement of processes (maintenance, fleet, purchasing, safety)
  • Participation in the digitalization of tools and procedures
  • HSE regulatory monitoring and participation in compliance efforts
  • Contribution to cross-functional projects: relocations, space optimization, CSR initiatives

Service continuity and relay role:

  • Ensure operational continuity in the absence of the manager.
  • Keep documentation, records, and procedures up to date.
  • Act as an operational and versatile point of reference across one or more areas (maintenance, fleet, employee services…).

Your profile:

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in management, administration, logistics, or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in general services, operations, or multi-site management.
  • Driver’s license (Category B)

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel) and service management tools
  • Knowledge of HSE and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage tenders and negotiate
  • Ability to travel for work
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
