Our employee shareholding model

MEOGROUP’s shareholding, held mainly by its employees, is a key lever for ambitious, profitable, and sustainable growth. More than 70 employees hold shares in the company’s capital, ensuring full alignment between the group’s interests and those of its teams. This model guarantees the independence of recommendations and the long-term continuity of client relationships. The entry of Andera Partners into the capital in 2022 as a minority investor helped accelerate international growth while preserving the entrepreneurial DNA. This governance model enables our employees to develop their entrepreneurial projects in France and abroad, supported by the provision of tools, skills, and networks.

Governance, quality & security

Governance based on independence, majority employee shareholding, and collective leadership. Processes aligned with the ISO 9001 standard (quality management) to ensure methodological rigor.
