Purchasing Assistant / Delegated Buyer M/F

We are recruiting a Purchasing Assistant / Delegated Buyer to join our client’s teams (luxury industry) as a Consultant.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the Buyer in operational and administrative tasks to ensure the acquisition of goods and/or services according to the negotiated purchasing conditions.

You ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily purchasing operations, while respecting the values, procedures, and guidelines of our client’s department/divisions.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the proper management of supplier relationships;
  • Support negotiations and the implementation of purchasing conditions;
  • Ensure the quality of purchasing data in information systems;
  • Conduct tenders;
  • Process and follow up on orders with suppliers and internal clients;
  • Monitor delivery timelines in coordination with stakeholders;
  • Manage invoice disputes;
  • Contribute to performance and continuous improvement of purchasing processes;
  • Participate in cross-functional projects (digitalization, sustainability, compliance, etc.).

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in procurement and/or purchasing. You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SAP.
  • You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as good interpersonal and writing skills (reporting).
  • You are recognized for your teamwork, ability to manage priorities, and proactivity!
