- Build the project purchasing strategy by category
- Anticipate supplier and supply risks
Sourcing & competitive bidding
- Identify and qualify suppliers
- Launch tenders (RFI/RFQ/RFP)
- Analyze technical and commercial offers
- Recommend supplier selection
Negotiation & contracting
- Negotiate prices, lead times, penalties, warranties, incoterms
- Secure contracts (quality, schedule, risks)
- Ensure compliance with purchasing and legal standards
Supplier monitoring & performance
- Manage key project suppliers
- Handle cost/schedule/quality deviations
- Implement corrective action plans
- Lead supplier reviews
Contribution to continuous improvement
- Capitalize on project feedback
- Optimize supplier panels
- Contribute to purchasing category strategies
Your profile
- Education level: Bachelor’s +4/5 in Purchasing or Supply Chain
- 3 to 8 years of experience in project or industrial purchasing
- Professional English required
- Tools: SAP, Oracle, advanced Excel
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Clear and structured communication
- Ability to identify optimization levers
- Ability to work in a team
