On December 10, 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting a presentation by Grégoire Cartron, Procurement IS Manager within the Procurement Excellence team at SERVIER.

This event, organized internally by Davina Matadi and Natalia BERNAL ESCALANTE, project management consultants, was an opportunity to share concrete feedback on the implementation and impact of agile methodology in a high-stakes project within the Procurement department.
