Your responsibilities
Management and optimization of transport flows:
- Set up and coordinate inter-site shuttles between different industrial sites
- Analyze existing logistics flows and propose cost and transport organization optimization solutions
- Organize and optimize collection routes with European suppliers
- Ensure proper operational execution of transport flows
Coordination with carriers and suppliers:
- Conduct transport studies and consult logistics service providers
- Participate in negotiations related to lead times, logistics schemes, and flow organization
- Ensure daily coordination with carriers and suppliers
- Monitor logistics performance indicators and associated action plans
Logistics project management:
- Coordinate client projects related to specific logistics setups: sequencing, packaging, dedicated flows, specific transport
- Build and manage implementation schedules
- Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects
Administrative and regulatory management:
- Ensure administrative follow-up of transport operations
- Manage topics related to Incoterms and logistics responsibilities
- Ensure documentary compliance of international flows
Your profile
Desired profile:
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transport
- Experience in managing international transport flows or industrial logistics
- Knowledge of industrial environments and European flows
- Awareness of transport and supply chain optimization challenges
