As part of the development of its activities, MEOGROUP Belgium is looking for Public Procurement Consultants to support its clients with their public procurement challenges and purchasing performance.

Your responsibilities

As a consultant, you work directly with our clients and take charge of:

Analysis and formalization of business needs
Definition of the purchasing strategy in a public context
Drafting public tender documents (specifications, criteria, etc.)
Managing procedures (tenders, negotiations, award)
Analysis of bids and securing decisions
Contract follow-up and supplier relationship management
Supporting internal teams on procurement best practices
Regulatory monitoring related to public procurement

Your profile

You have experience in public procurement (administration, inter-municipal organization, hospital, regulated sector…)
You have a strong command of the procedures and legal framework of public procurement
You are structured, autonomous, and results-oriented
You have strong interpersonal skills and can interact with a variety of stakeholders
You speak French and/or Dutch; English is a plus
