Reporting directly to the Site General Manager, you will be a key player in monitoring the company’s economic performance, ensuring rigorous analysis and the reliability of financial information. You will work closely with the various departments to ensure that set objectives are achieved.
Your responsibilities
- Contribute to defining and monitoring the company’s strategic objectives;
- Participate in analyzing production processes in order to improve them and ensure reliable information;
- Assist in implementing a cost accounting system, in collaboration with the Group Head of Management Control;
- Identify and analyze cost variances and allocation errors, while proposing improvement solutions;
- Ensure monitoring of inventories and work in progress, guaranteeing their correct valuation and the calculation of obsolescence;
- Optimize raw material management;
- Develop performance monitoring tools, such as dashboards and indicators, for managers and leadership, and implement corrective actions;
- Actively participate in the planning process, including the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans, advising managers in their development;
- Analyze the profitability of investments and projects, by monitoring capital expenditures, calculating returns on investment, and supporting investment decision-making;
- Provide specific analyses based on ad hoc needs;
- Participate in optimizing the ERP, particularly in terms of usage, updates, and defining information flows.
Your profile
- Higher education in finance, controlling;
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing industrial management control in the manufacturing industry;
- Experience in implementing a cost accounting system;
- Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to financial and analytical tools (ERP);
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluent English is required for this position.
