As part of the development of its activities, MEOGROUP Belgium is looking for Management Control Consultants to support its clients in managing their financial performance.

Your missions

As a consultant, you work directly with our clients and are responsible for:

Preparing, monitoring, and analyzing budgets and forecasts
Managing monthly closings and analyzing variances
Producing financial reports and dashboards
Analyzing performance (costs, margins, profitability)
Supporting operational teams in decision-making
Implementing and improving management tools
Participating in finance transformation projects (processes, tools, organization)

Your profile

You have at least an initial experience in management control
You are comfortable with financial tools (advanced Excel, ERP, reporting tools such as Power BI…)
You have strong analytical and synthesis skills
You are rigorous, structured, and results-oriented
You have good interpersonal skills and can interact with non-financial stakeholders
You speak French and/or Dutch AND English (mandatory)
