Job description

To support the structuring of its growth, MEOGROUP has established a unit dedicated to responding to client tenders (RAO). This unit pursues the following objectives:

  • Centralize responses to client tenders
  • Standardize their production
  • Ensure consistent quality levels
  • Increase efficiency
  • Allow the sales force to focus on acquiring and developing new markets
  • Significantly increase the success rate
  • Secure large-scale contracts and strategic listings

Reporting to the sales management, you will report to the Head of the RAO Unit (Tender Responses). You will work closely with several key functions within the company (business managers, subject-matter experts, marketing, executive management).

You will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Build and manage responses to tenders, from receiving specifications through to presenting projects to public and private clients across Meogroup’s various areas of expertise.
  • Handle client registration processes to develop business opportunities.
  • Conduct active monitoring of public markets to identify new opportunities.
  • Capitalize on best practices, processes, and tools used.
  • Contribute to the company’s internal development through cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Create and improve tools to track and manage these projects (Excel/PowerBI).
  • Occasionally take part in assignments on behalf of our clients.

Desired profile

You are a student from a top-tier business or engineering school looking for an internship or a work-study position.

You have an interest in analysis, handling large volumes of data, and teamwork. You are proactive, curious, dynamic, capable of working independently, and enjoy challenges.

You are looking for a 6-month internship or a 12 to 24-month work-study program (6 months/6 months or 3 weeks/1 week format) starting in September 2026.
