Your responsibilities
You will be involved at the heart of costing and procurement challenges, with a cross-functional role:
- Develop cost estimates (should cost) for major civil engineering projects
- Carry out site cost estimation, with a strong focus on Civil Engineering
- Support procurement teams during supplier negotiation phases
- Act as the interface between technical teams and procurement
- Analyze and incorporate project complexity factors (technical, logistical, contractual)
- Contribute to cost optimization and securing project budgets
The profile sought
- Experience: 8 to 10 years minimum in an EPC / industrial environment
- Experience with one or more EPC companies preferred
- Experience in EPCC (including commissioning) is a plus
- Required expertise in:
- Project / site cost estimation
- Heavy Civil Engineering
- Good understanding of complex technical environments
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is an additional advantage
