Attached to a Business Unit and supported by a Business Unit Manager, you contribute to business development, mission management, and consultant management.
Your missions:
Business development
- You identify and prospect new clients (phone, face-to-face meetings)
- You analyze needs and propose suitable solutions (technical, human, financial)
- You respond to tenders and draft commercial proposals
- You take part in negotiations and contract signing
- You develop and retain your client portfolio
Client management and satisfaction
- You prepare and formalize assignments (assignment orders, scoping)
- You ensure follow-up of assignments (kick-off meetings, regular check-ins, issue management)
- You ensure consistency between work delivered and invoicing
- You monitor client satisfaction and ensure the closure of assignments
Recruitment and management of consultants
- You identify, select, and recruit candidates
- You support their onboarding and ensure their follow-up
- You manage their activity and schedule
- You conduct annual reviews and contribute to their skills development
Contribution to the development of the Business Unit and the company
- You participate in visibility initiatives (client and internal events)
- You contribute to the company’s influence
- You relay internal communication to your teams
Desired profile
- You hold a Master’s degree (engineering school or business school)
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken
- You are interested in managing strategic accounts and contract negotiation
- You have strong interpersonal skills, a taste for challenge, and the desire to develop an activity
