Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and process improvements.
- Support stakeholders in defining functional specifications and use cases.
- Translate business needs into clear technical or operational solutions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and process optimization.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in financial services, IT, or consulting projects.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working in structured, multicultural environments. Understands the importance of following established methodologies and frameworks.
