Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and process improvements.
Support stakeholders in defining functional specifications and use cases.
Translate business needs into clear technical or operational solutions.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure alignment with requirements.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and process optimization.

Candidate Profile:

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in financial services, IT, or consulting projects.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Comfortable working in structured, multicultural environments. Understands the importance of following established methodologies and frameworks.
